What an amazing experience we had with Caroline Camley We have been very in the dark about our debit machines and fees etc. literally everything that concerns them. Caroline was nothing short of amazing, worked with us for 2 days on the phone and explained everything from beginning to end without selling us anything, just by taking the time and breaking down the scenario to us so we could grasp how the whole process works, we actually have so much clarity about the whole situation. By far went above and behind over anyone else we have spoken to over the years with reference to our machines. Such an amazing customer service experience was had that we absolutely had to leave a review as for what she did for us should be recognized and noticed ~ Beatrice M
Caroline Camley is currently is responsible for the Queens Inc customer inferface. Caroline responds appropriately and competently to requests we need completed. Some work challenges are time sensitive and when confronted with changes she displays a high energy level and often completes the task the same day. Caroline has excellent communication skills, she follows up on customer inquiries, requests and complaints and keep customers up-to-date about the progress of the inquiries and maintain clear, effective communication. Her positive attitude enables her to go the extra mile to show her customers that they are important to the business. A very important attribute. Caroline is the GO to person if she cannot fix the issue she finds someone who can. ~ Accounting -
I have been using Digitech payments for a little over a year now and the support service is truly outstanding. When ever i call with a question about anything at all Kayla is always super happy to help and solves all my problems within minutes. if she is unavailable i always make sure to leave her specifically a voicemail to call me back, which she usually does within five minutes. I would recommend digitech payments based on the service she is able to provide me with. I am in a very fast passed work environment and cant afford to have our machine down at all, and when the time comes Kayla can walk me through anything over the phone to make sure my machine is working 100% all the time. Personnel who know their stuff completely and efficiently, they have the ability of taking difficult situations and just breaking them down and sorting things out so effortlessly. I put the phone down and right away things started to fall into place, it is so far above the service that is given these days, that it was nothing short of amazing, together with her co-worker Barry Stevens, within 90 minutes we no longer had a problem, and they both checked back with us to make sure that all was well and that we were completely staisfied. We have been dealing with a company that had us using an outdated and unsafe machine with no other equipment available. They were also much higher in their % for both their and the Credit Card company. If I hadn't called we would still be paying higher admin fees and % to their company. I was thrilled to find Digitech and they were on the ball and got us signed long before the others even contacted us. Digitech was fast, very simple to switch over to, provided great instructions over the phone and then by email. Their pricing was great. The purchase option for the machine was superior to having to pay a monthly fee for the rest of our days. I hope they stay as on the ball as they have getting us to join them. So far we are extremely pleased. Why stay and pay crazy %'s because you think it's a hassle to switch. ~ CMW
So this is my second update to this review. Initially it was a 1, then a 3, I have now upgraded it to a 5. The power of effective communication makes all the difference in the world. We inherited a number of challenges, which spun out of control. Not the least of which was that we couldn't get anyone on the phone. After a very long series of communications, I finally got to Sophie. With extremely effective communication she reviewed all of the challenges. Corrected misconceptions on both sides of the line. At the end of the day everything is right again. It helps to have a person to talk to. Thank you Sophie. I should also mention Kiana. We had a really weird terminal problem, she quickly and easily sorted the issue for us, and went beyond to get us to Sophie for the other account issues we were having. ~ Remi L

A huge thank you to Thea and Mihaela at Digitech Payments! After a challenging start with equipment that didn’t work for my business, I had given up hope—boxed it up and wished it would go away. Thankfully, Thea reached out to assist, returned the unusable equipment, and guided me back to using the original POS terminal we started with (which works perfectly for our needs). Their support couldn’t have come at a better time—we’re now fully operational just in time for our showroom clearance sale! Processing payments is finally simple and efficient again, saving us from relying on slow online web terminals or asking clients for etransfers. While our journey started a bit rocky, it ended on a high note thanks to their exceptional service. I truly appreciate their patience and expertise in getting us back on track. We have been with Digitech for awhile, but most recently our Executive Account Director shifted to Caroline Camley - and the service we receive now is phenomenal! Caroline actions inquiries right away and makes sure to get all the information we need to move a project forward or resolve any concerns or questions that we have. She proactively calls to ensure we are up to date on the most recent terms and ways to optimize our payment system. We are actively working towards setting up 3DSecure through her - it has been a much smoother process working with her (compared to a failed implementation effort working with Cybersource). We have 17 wireless terminals with Digitect Payments and we definitely give them all a huge workout - not only indoors but outdoors as well! The iWL250 terminals seem to work great for our type of business. If we run into any problems Melyssa or Sophie are always there to help us out. The only thing we wish is that one of the handheld terminal companies could come up with 'Heavy Duty Lithium Batteries.' The 3.6v lithium battery (which every and all companies supply with their handhelds) just do not stand up to any cold temperatures. We are constantly having to change up batteries in our handhelds because of this reason. 13 of our 17 handheld terminals are used daily outdoors at our extremely busy gas station. The future of technology is always expanding and with this our hopes are Heavy Duty Lithium Batteries are just around the corner. ~ Joan S

I am a new client of DigiTech and I have to admit that I'm not an easy client to please and I have a hard time trusting financial institutions and services and as a business owner,I get approached by many businesses and I have to sort through a whole alot and my initial reaction is always No,specially when I'm bothered by solicitors while I'm at work and with clients. Now having said all of that,The ONLY reason why I switched from TD to digitech is this amazing lady by the name of Nancy. She was patient and respectful and honest and thorough and worked around my schedule and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Thank you for all your help and I can't wait to actually use DigiTech services after the lockdown is over. You deserve a huge raise. She lowered my rates by 50.percent and educated me all along the way about the product and their services .I'm very grateful. ~ hugo m

I have used a major bank before for my merchant services but approximately 3 years ago I switched over to Digitech Payments with an existing business I had. I was so happy with the level of service I received that recently I opened a new business with 3 new business partners & I insisted that we use Digitech. As before, I could not be happier with the decision. The fees associated with Digitech are better than anything else I have ever looked into before and the level of service is unparalleled. I have just recently switched my credit card system to a set up through Digitech, after they convincingly showed they could offer a long term cheaper rate. When we first came into contact with Digitech payments we were experiencing constantly irising merchant fee costs from our provided. Although it took time to be convinced that Digitech payments would be the right company to switch to, we did and we could not be happier. Immediately our monthly cost decreased by $300.00. The use of the Virtual Terminal through Converge has been a great way to receive payments through the credit card management system. Our usage has increased drastically through the pandemic, but even with this increase in usage, after 3 years,, our monthly cost is stilly lower than it was with our previous provider. Thanks to the customer service representatives that have supported us and to our current relationship manager, Alice Cass. The service is not excessive and suits our needs 100%.
